Located in a magnificent position on the outskirts of the beautiful millennial city of Oria, at the entrance to Salento, a magical land to be explored with its traditions and typical fragrances. This property is situated in a charming farmhouse and offers an elegant, completely renovated apartment, tastefully furnished with simplicity to ensure a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The apartment has an independent entrance and private facilities with a hairdryer and refrigerator. Energy class G.
In addition, guests can take advantage of a fully equipped kitchen, private internal parking, and an area dedicated to the shelter of cars, as well as exclusive use of the surrounding garden, rich in fruit trees and ornamental plants. The owners live in the other half of the property and are available to meet the needs of guests and, upon request, organize courses on Salento cuisine.
Guests have access to the ground floor apartment consisting of an entrance and two single beds, then a four-poster double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The suite does not have air conditioning but a standing fan.
Guests have access to the apartment on the first floor consisting of an entrance hall, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa that converts into beds, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower head. The suite is air conditioned.

Welcome to our Country B&B, a cozy family-run establishment located in a typical 18th century Apulian farmhouse, surrounded by majestic ancient olive trees. Our ideal location on the outskirts of the splendid millennial city of Oria, at the gateway to Salento, will allow you to immerse yourself in the traditions and typical scents of this fascinating region.
Our guests can enjoy a simple and elegant Suite, as well as private on-site parking, a shelter for cars, and exclusive use of the surrounding park, rich in fruit trees and ornamental plants. Everything is designed to offer you a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The Suite has an independent entrance and private facilities complete with a hairdryer and refrigerator, as well as a convenient and well-equipped separate kitchen.
The owners reside in the other half of the building and will be at your disposal for any needs and to offer, upon request, Salento cooking courses. Our privileged location will allow you to easily reach both the Ionian and Adriatic coasts, as well as the cities of Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, and Manduria.
